A fisherman’s swap meet will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Jan. 21 at Wallick’s Auction Center, 965 N. Wooster Ave.

Classes suspended

North Jackson

Youngstown Rifle & Pistol Club, 8900 Shaffer Road, is suspending its youth classes in December because of the holidays.

The classes will return starting the fourth Friday in January.

The Hocking Hills State Park winter hike annually draws thousands of hikers to Ohio’s most well-known park. However, all of Ohio’s parks offer something for the winter explorer.
