Anthony Howell was able to dominate the game, scoring 33 points with Anise Algahmee chipping in with 10 for Ursuline. Howland was led by Connor Tamarkin with 21 points and four 3-pointers.

Mentor Lake Catholic 66, Cardinal Mooney 57

MENTOR

Luke Eller scored 20 points and Joe Meola 13 for Lake Catholic (6-1). Pete Haas scored 13 of his 20 points in the first half for Mooney (2-3). Vinny Gentile contributed 14 rebounds and six points.

Warren JFK 78, Summit Academy 33

EAST LIVERPOOL

Warren JFK led 46-12 at halftime. Justin Bofenkamp led the Eagles with 12 points and Byron Taylor and Antonio McQueen each had 10. Williams led Summit Academy with nine points.

Badger 68, Ashtabula 60

BADGER

Aiden Miller had the hot hand for Badger with 26 points. Ashtabula St John was led in scoring by Eric Holloway with 18 points and George Logan with 17.

Boardman 52, Warren Harding 47

WARREN

Lauren Gabriele scored 19 points to lead the Spartans, Lauren Pavlansky scored 13 points while Jenna Vivo contributed 11 rebounds, nine points and five steals. For the Raiders, Toni Donaldson scored 13 points and Joe’l Moss 12.

Lakeview 76, East 30

CORTLAND

Lakeview’s Cammie Becker made a school-record seven three-pointers for 21 points. The previous record of six was held by multiple players. Annie Pavlansky and Jensen Silbuagh each had a double double, going 21-and-14 and 10-and-14, respectively in points and rebounds, for the Bulldogs (6-4, 3-2). Znayia Brown led East (1-4) with seven points.

Howland 46, Carrollton 45

MASSILLON

Sara Price sank two free throws with 1.6 seconds remaining to lift the Tigers (8-3). Price scored 24 points as the Tigers overcame a 13-5 early deficit by outscoring Carrollton 13-10 in the fourth quarter. Mackenzie Maze scored 16 points for the Tigers. For Carrollton, Cailee Husted led with 15 points.

Tallmadge 45, Canfield 44

TALLMADGE

Tallmadge was able to win a nail-biter behind the scoring of Olivia Ayers and Jamie McGee who scoring 10 points each. Canfield fought tough but Jill Baker and her 19 points came up short.

Newton Falls 41, Crestwood 37

MANTUA

Izzy Kline led the Tigers (7-1) with 16 points and Kayla Barreca scored nine with six rebounds. Lilly Hoffman had 11 points for Crestwood (4-6) and Sydney Kulla added 10.

Liberty 67, Campbell 49

CAMPBELL

The Leopards utilized two 20-plus point performances to down Campbell. China Tate and Sharda Williamson put up 26 and 21 points, respectively. Williamson also grabbed 14 rebounds. Senena Lopez scored 14 points to lead Campbell.

Jackson Milton 58, Lowellville 19

JACKSON-MILTON

Michaelina Terronova led Jackson Milton over Lowelville with her 19 points. Ashley Totani contributed 16 points.

Crestview 53, Mathews 49

VIENNA

Crestview was able to secure the win behind the scoring of Alexis Gates 24 points and Emily Ferris netting 16 points. Mathews had two players in double figures Katarina Schubert and Cara Bornemiss both with 13.

West Branch 62, Marlington 45

ALLIANCE

Brenna Rito and Kayla Hovorka each scored 14 points for West Branch (6-2, 4-1). Natalie Zuchowski added a double double of 12 points and 13 rebounds. Robin Campbell led Marlington (7-3, 3-2 Northeastern Buckeye Conference) with 22 points.
