Lordstown Village Council has special meeting Thursday morning

LORDSTOWN — Lordstown Village Council will have a special meeting at 9 a.m. Thursday at the administration building, 1455 Salt Springs Road. The purpose of the meeting is to consider legislation in order to wrap up year-end business.
