Theft: A cordless drill and case were stolen from a construction site. The tool was recovered and returned to the owner in the 300 block of S.Briarcliff Drive. Police arrested Robert Judy, 47, of Erskine Avenue, Boardman, on a theft charge.

Nov. 30

Theft: Police arrested John Link Sizemore, 47, of Conneaut Lake, Pa., on charges of theft and possessing criminal tools.

Dec. 1

Warrant: Police arrested Robert Swan, 50, of Akron, arrested on a warrant, not Ronald Swan of Cuyahoga Falls, as was previously reported.

Dec. 6

Harassment: A report of harassment by way of unwanted mail was made at a home in the 400 block of South Broad Street. The mailings ceased after the report was made, police said.

Dec. 8

Theft: Police arrested Mark Watkins, 51, of Purdue Avenue, Austintown, on four counts of theft in a case of employee theft at Giant Eagle, 525 E. Main St.

Dec. 10

Warrant: Police arrested Sammy Anderson, 21, of Aldrich Drive, Austintown, on a Canfield Mayor’s Court warrant for failure to appear.
