Miss Toppi, Mr. Eckenrod plan wedding

POLAND

Sam and Beth Toppi of Poland are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Jiovanna Toppi, to Kevin Eckenrod, both of Denver. The parents of the prospective groom are Mark and Jane Eckenrod of St. Louis.

The wedding and reception will take place June 9, 2017, in Boulder, Colo. Invitations will be issued for both events.

Miss Toppi graduated from Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. She works for the Colorado Department of Transportation in Denver.

Mr. Eckenrod graduated from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville with a bachelor’s degree in business management. He works for Fidelity Investments in Denver.
