City offices: Youngstown, Warren, Niles, Salem, Sharon, New Castle, closed Monday; Newton Falls Municipal Court, closed Friday and Monday.

County offices: Mahoning, closed Friday and Monday; Trumbull, closed Friday and Monday; Columbiana, Mercer, closed Monday; Lawrence, closed Friday through Tuesday.

State offices: Ohio Department of Job and Family Services offices, closed Friday and Monday.

Federal offices: Closed Friday and Monday. No mail delivery Monday.

Schools: Youngstown, Warren; Niles, Salem, Sharon, New Castle, Youngstown Diocese, closed through Jan. 2.

Universities: Youngstown State, closed through Jan. 8; Kent State University at Trumbull, Eastern Gateway Community College, closed through Jan. 16.

Western Reserve Transit Authority (WRTA): regular schedule Saturday; closed Sunday and Monday.

Public libraries: Youngs-town-Mahoning County, Warren-Trumbull, Girard Free Library closed Saturday through Monday; Kinsman Free Public Library, Hubbard Public Library, Bristol Public Library, Bristolville, McKinley Memorial Library, Niles, closed Friday through Monday; Newton Falls Public Library, closed Saturday through Monday.
