McDonald’s (5-2) Sam Homa was a rebound shy of a double double with 17 points, nine rebounds and two assists. Kristy Eckman was the lone player in double figures for Leetonia with 10 points.

Lordstown 57, Badger 49

KINSMAN

Lordstown outscored Badger 35-23 in the second half which was just enough for the win. Kellee Applegate led Lordstown with 15 points and Elena Colombo had 14. Madiso Karr hit six three pointers and finished with 20 points for Badger.

Springfield 61, Sebring 11

NEW MIDDLETOWN

Springfield had three players in double figures with Marlie Applegarth leading the charge with 13. Taylor Coy had 12 and Makenzy Capavellez added 10.

Western Reserve 71, Wellsville 28

WELLSVILLE

Western Reserve had the momentum early building a 32-8 halftime lead and not looking back. Alexis Hughes was the games high scorer with 15, with Erica DeZee and Madison Owen both scoring 13.

Poland 67, Warren Harding 53

WARREN

Poland was able to get a win behind the hot hand of Bella Gajdos as she scored 25 points in the win. Warren Harding leading scorer was Kia Allen with 12.

Kennedy Catholic 68, Ursuline 45

HERMITAGE, PA

Kennedy Catholic (4-0) was able to withstand the scoring outburst from Dayshanatte Harris 35 point barrage to secure a victory over Ursuline (4-4) and remain unbeaten.

Columbiana 78, East Palestine 30

COLUMBIANA

Columbiana came out hot scoring 25 first quarter points. Kayla Muslovski led the charge with 24 points on the night. Alexis Cross was able to add 14 points in the win.

Valley Christian 61, Lutheran East 56

CLEVELAND

Valley Christian was able to secure another victory on the season behind Imane Snyder’s 19 points. Lutheran East leading scorer was Jasmine Johnson with 14.
