Rotary donates more dictionaries to Lowellville students

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Struthers Rotary continues the Dictionary Project by donating dictionaries to third grade students in Lowellville Elementary. It has donated dictionaries to students in Campbell, Lowellville, Struthers and St. Nicholas schools since 2003 to help them improve writing, reading and creative thinking abilities.
