Local group joins National Philanthropy Day

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Youngstown Alumnae Panhellenic Association participated in National Philanthropy Day by making two no-sew blankets for Making Kids Count, a nonprofit organization that serves local foster children. Members also purchased sunflower petals to honor a sister, friend or member which funds its scholarship endowments. The association also welcomed new members Jennifer Phillips of Alpha Xi Delta Fraternity and Jennifer Rinehart of Alpha Sigma Tau Sorority.
