Liberty in Bloom members decorate Churchill Park tree

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Nancy Phillipson, left, and Janice Coombs, members of Liberty in Bloom, decorated the tree at Churchill Park in Liberty Township. Another member, Paul Avdey, added the lights. Liberty in Bloom is a nonprofit volunteer organization established in 2001 for the purpose of beautifying the community.
