Jalon Allen, 22, one of two men wanted in the Sept. 20 killing of Andre Harrison in a house on Kensington Avenue, turned himself in to Youngstown police Saturday evening.

A second suspect wanted in Harrison’s death, David Oliver, 24, is still at large.

Just hours after Harrison was killed, the house caught fire, reported 21 WFMJ-TV, The Vindicator’s broadcast partner.
