v Angelo Babbaro, 3 p.m.: Sinatra-style singer, with some friends and a big band, will headline this concert ($35, $30 for seniors, at the door), titled “Baby, It’s Cold Outside,” at the Boardman Performing Arts Center, 7777 Glenwood Ave., Boardman.

“The Hollow Crown: THE WAR OF THE ROSES” (9 P.M., PBS): This lavish three-part follow-up to the award-winning 2012 production is based on Shakespeare’s “Henry VI” (Parts 1 and 2) and “Richard III.” An all-star cast that includes Benedict Cumberbatch, Judi Dench and Hugh Bonneville helps bring to life the bloody conflict between the Lancasters and Yorks in the 1400s for the English throne.
“The Walking Dead” (9 p.m., AMC): “The Walking Dead” goes on hiatus after tonight’s midseason finale, and we’re actually thrilled. Who, after all, doesn’t need a break from the oppression and brutality that evil Negan has wrought?
“The Last Man on Earth” (9:30 P.M., FOX): In the fall finale of “The Last Man on Earth,” Carol is bummed out over Gail’s absence, so Tandy tries to cheer her up with the honeymoon vacation they never had. You just know he’ll make a mess of it.

Historian, author Sean Posey to discuss his work
LIBERTY
Sean Posey, a local author and historian, will give a presentation at 10 a.m. Saturday in the meeting room of Kravitz’s Deli, 3135 Belmont Ave., as part of William Holmes McGuffey Historical Society’s Memories of a Lifetime series. Admission is $5.

Posey, a North Canton native who now lives in Youngstown, has a master’s degree in history from Youngstown State University. He published his first book, “Lost Youngstown,” this year, and is working on a follow-up, which be released in May. His book will be available to purchase at Saturday’s event.
