GIRLS BASKETBALL

Columbiana 66, Crestview 52

COLUMBIANA

Columbiana (5-0) trailed 21-10 after one quarter but battled back to win. Kayla Muslovski (17), Alexis Cross (14) and Mariah Rovnak (10) all reached double figures for the Clippers. Crestview (2-3) got double-figure scoring nights from Emily Ferris (17) andAlexis Gates (16).

Lisbon 106, Wellsville 25

WELLSVILLE

Six different players scored in double figures for Lisbon (4-0). Karlee Pezzano led the way with 25 points. Izzy perez added 13 points and eight assists and Chloe Smith added 13 points. Sara Dalrymple led Wellsville (0-5) with 10 points.

Mineral Ridge 40, Sebring 27

MINERAL RIDGE

Alexa Harkins scored 16 points to lead Mineral Ridge (4-0). Taryn Kolesar chipped in for the Rams wirth eight points. Cheyenne Tuttle scored 11 points for Sebring (0-5).

Windham 47, Campbell 28

CAMPBELL

Windham (4-0) was paced by Cali Apthorpe’s 15 points. Lexi Knight added 11 for the Bombers. For Campbell (0-4) Jodie Johnson and Selena Lopez each scored eight.

Springfield 43, East Palestine 33

EAST PALESTINE

Springfield opened up a double-digit lead at halftime and didn’t look back. Taylor Coy was the only Tigers’ player in double figures with 10 points. Brysten Trosky had a game-high 15 points for East Palestine.

Jackson-Milton 47, Western Reserve 33

NORTH JACKSON

The Bluejays led 23-8 at halftime. Emily Williams led Jackson-Milton with 14 points and Michaelina Terranova wasn’t far behind with 13. Kaitlyn Totani had 11 points for the winning side. Alexis Hughes led Western Reserve with nine points.

South Range 58, United 31

BEAVER TOWNSHIP

Maddie Durkin put up a double-double of 23 points and 17 rebounds as South Range (1-2) got its first win of the season. Taylor Naples added 11 points and five assists. Celeste Hofmeister scored 13 points for United (2-2).

Leetonia 48, Southern 22

SALINEVILLE

Kristy Eckman’s double-double of 12 points and 10 rebounds paced the Bears (5-1). Southern’s Riley Felton had seven points and 13 rebounds.

Mathews 50, Liberty 33

VIENNA

A 21-point third quarter made the difference for Mathews. Kat Schubert led the Mustangs with 13 points, Paige Sponsler had 12 and Morgan Williams added 10. Delia Watson led Liberty (0-4) with 14 points.
