College Club of Sharon will meet Saturday at First Presbyterian Church Fellowship Hall with hospitality at 10 a.m. followed by a musical program at 10:30. Western Reserve Amateur Radio Club will meet Dec. 20 at Davidson’s Restaurant, 3636 Canfield Road, Cornersburg. Dinner will be at 6 p.m. and the meeting will follow at 7. Transcendental Interest Group will have its regular meeting at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Ohio Living Park Vista North Lounge, 1310 Fifth Ave., Youngstown. The meeting will be a comparative study on religions. Attendees will watch a video by Dr. Charles Kimbell of the University of Oklahoma. This group is for those interested in exploring the inner way of knowing. Meetings are free and open to the public and are on the second Wednesday of every month. Poland Historical Society members are invited to a Christmas party at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 20 at the Little Red Schoolhouse, 4515 Center Road. National Slovak Society, Local Assembly 73, will host a Christmas party for members and their families from 2 to 5 p.m. Dec. 17 at the Lowellville Rod and Gun Club, 6225 Quarry Road, Lowellville. Santa and Mrs. Claus will arrive at 2:30 for a visit with the children and a gift for each child. A light lunch will be provided. Each family is asked to take a plate of cookies to share and items that will be donated to the Mahoning Valley Rescue Mission.
