Man indicted on child porn charges

A Mahoning County grand jury indicted a Canfield man on 52 counts of child-pornography charges.

Paul Clymer, 68, of Colonial Drive in Canfield, was indicted Thursday on 29 felony counts of illegal use of a minor in a nudity-oriented performance and 34 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor.

The indictment is not specific, but it does say the illegal activity occurred on two dates in April 2012 and one date in May 2012.

According to jail records, Clymer is not in custody.

William Carpenter, 61, Ohio State Penitentiary, Youngstown, superseding indictment, intimidation and retaliation.

Nicholas Kovell, 35, Brentwood Avenue NE, Warren, inducing panic, assault, vandalism and misdemeanor assault.

George Buchanan, 47, East Midlothian Boulevard, two counts of felonious assault with firearm specifications.

Terrence Smith, 35, Republic Avenue, domestic violence.

Giavonne Gutierrez, 38, East Clark Street, East Palestine, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert Duval, 36, Bissell Avenue, possession of heroin.

Latasha Colmon, 37, Benwood Avenue, two counts felonious assault and two counts aggravated assault.

Matthew Samu, 37, Homestead Avenue, possession of heroin and OVI.

Craig Less, 42, Green Valley Drive, Salem, possession of heroin and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Joseph Calabretti Jr., 35, East Omar Avenue, Struthers, felonious assault.

Jamal Turner, 24, Orrin Avenue, aggravated robbery, three counts of kidnapping and being a felon in possession of a firearm.

Mark Colpetro, 35, Willis Avenue, possession of heroin and possession of cocaine.

Deric Dubois, 25, West Hylda Aenue, possession of heroin with forfeiture specifications.

Bruce Hasley, 23, homeless, three counts of robbery, two counts of aggravated robbery, kidnapping and firearm specifications.
