Austintown Fitch was able to hold off Struthers with 25 points from Sabria Hunter. Allexis Sallee added 14 and Camryn Constance chipped in with 10 points. Alexis Bury was able to score 22 for Struthers and Emily Grandy made four three pointers finishing with 16 points.
Howland 67, Lakeside 26.
HOWLAND
Howland (4-1) was led by Sara Price with 19 points and Kayla Clark had five points and seven rebounds. Lakeside (0-4) was led in points by Carly Aponte as she poured in 17 on the night.
Lakeview 58, Jefferson 39.
JEFFERSON
Annie Pavlanski was the games leading scorer with 23 for Lakeview, Jensen Silbauch was able to contribute 14 points. Jefferson was led in scoring by Hannah Root with 17 and five made three pointers.
Louisville 57, Canfield 30
CANFIELD
Louisville outsored Canfield 31-14 in the first half and never looked back. Abby Beaver led all scorers with 19 points for Louisville. Jill Baker and Serena Sammarone both contributed nine points for Canfield.
Brookfield 73, Valley Christian 69, 2OT
BROOKFIELD
Tori Sheehan’s 31 points and Bailey Drapola’s 28 carried Brookfield (3-1) to a double-overtime victory. Valley Christian’s India Snyder put up 21 points. Daisja Parks contributed 18 points and for Imane Snyder, 16.
East 46, Hubbard 26
HUBBARD
East held Hubbard to single-digit points in three of the four quarters. Rayanna Booth had more than half the winning side’s points with 24. No stats were reported for Hubbard.
