Lutheran churches collecting clothing donations for Dec. 17 distribution

YOUNGSTOWN — Mahoning Valley Lutheran Church Association is conducting a collection of new winter hats, gloves and scarves.

The winter wear will be available from 9 to 11 a.m. Dec. 17 at Victory Lutheran Church, 2100 Glenwood Ave., as part of its monthly food distribution. The eight churches that make up the association are collecting donations through Sunday.
