Mayor John A. McNally swears in new firefighters

YOUNGSTOWN — Mayor John A. McNally swore in two new firefighters at a ceremony this morning at the main fire station on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. The new firefighters are Andrew Spisak and Scott Thomas.
