“A Conversation With Dee” (today at 6:30 p.m. on MyYTV and 7:30 a.m. on WYTV-TV): Host Dee Crawford will welcome Robert Altman and Vince Brancaccio from Help Hotline Crisis Center. They will discuss the Cold Weather Emergency Shelter Program.

Polish group sets traditional event

YOUNGSTOWN

The Polish Arts Club of Youngstown will host a traditional Wigilia (Christmas vigil) from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the Brier Hill Cultural Center (formerly St. Casimir’s Polish Catholic Church), 145 Jefferson St., just off Martin Luther King Boulevard.

The program will begin with a social hour, and then include the breaking and sharing of “op≈Çatek” (blessed wafer), a traditional meatless dinner, and the singing of Polish carols, led by the St. Casimir’s Choir.

There also will be a raffle and basket auction.

The event is open to the public. Tickets are $30 ($10 for children age 5 to12, free for children 4 and under). All tickets must be purchased in advance by calling Sandra Cika at 202-297-0362.
