MRTA helps Habitat rehab a home
Mahoning Retired Teachers Association recently helped to prepare a house with Habitat for Humanity on Lake Road in Austintown. The group provided the workers with lunch and assisted on the project. Among the volunteers were Youngstown State University honors college students, Sisters in Christ, Habitat of Mahoning Valley and Tamesha Elliott, the new home owner.
