Body found in Youngstown parking lot

YOUNGSTOWN — Police are on the scene where the body of a man has been found in an East Side parking lot.

The man is laying in the lot at Forest and Himrod avenues.

Detectives are on the scene. A spokesman said there appears to have been signs of a struggle
