Adult, 3 juveniles face charges after concession stand fire

NILES — Police over the weekend charged an adult and three juveniles for a fire Aug. 19 that destroyed a concession stand at Bo Rein Stadium.

Facing two counts of breaking and entering as well as arson is Ricky Allen Mohn. 19, of Lancer Court NW in Warren.

A news release also said he is charged with three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor. He is presently in the Trumbull County jail.

The three juveniles, who all face charges of arson and two counts of breaking and entering are Brandon Swiger, 16, of Nile; Desmond Behner, 17, and Zachary Robinson, 15, both of Warren.

All three turned themselves in at Trumbull County Family Court today.

The release said police also learned that before breaking into the concession stand, the four also broke into an outbuilding at the Niles Middle School on Brown Street.
