A Mahoning County grand jury indicted these people Thursday on these charges:

Michael G.P. Johnson, 38, Tod Lane, superseding indictment, three counts of felonious assault and attempted murder.

Richard Williams, 24, West Dennick Avenue, superseding indictment, two counts of felonious assault with firearm specifications.

Terrance Hymes, 27, Ridley Avenue, aggravated burglary.

Anthony C. Watson, 20, Sexton Street, Struthers, three counts of grand theft, theft, attempted theft, burglary and three counts of breaking and entering.

David M. Schmitz, 18, 8th Street, Campbell, three counts of grand theft, theft, attempted theft, burglary and three counts of breaking and entering.

Jason Dunkle-Thacker, 21, East Judson Avenue, trafficking in heroin, possession of heroin and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia with forfeiture specifications.

Steve Lowrey, 34, Glenwood Avenue, possession of heroin.

Jawon L. Williams, 23, Compass West, Austintown, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin and resisting arrest.

Timothy K. Johnson, 39, Courtland Avenue, Campbell, aggravated possession of drugs, possession of drugs and two counts of operating a vehicle impaired.

Nauteaka Thomas, 19, of Akron, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, theft, possessing criminal tools and possession of cocaine.

Taylor McKenna Parker, 21, Akron, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, theft, possessing criminal tools and possession of cocaine.

Zhane Cummings, 20, of Akron, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, theft, possessing criminal tools and possession of cocaine.

James Simmons, 32, West Chalmers Avenue, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, escape and receiving stolen property.

Stephen Tate, 31, Oak Street, three counts of burglary.

Shawn Fekety, 40, Moyer Avenue, Boardman, possession of cocaine.

Edward Fink, 30, Romaine Drive, Boardman, possession of cocaine and illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kyle Shehadi, 22, Broadway, vandalism.

Brian Mims, 22, Gypsy Lane, carrying concealed weapons, possession of heroin and possession of cocaine.

Anthony Nuby, 24, West Warren Avenue, abduction and domestic violence.

Norman F. Harvey, 55, Aliquippa, Pa., direct presentment, burglary with a repeat violent offender specification.

Gene Spitler, 37, West Creed Street, Struthers, nonsupport of dependents.

Herbert Reed Jr., 31, Lancaster, Va., nonsupport of dependents.

Jaterius D. Light, 21, Ohio State Penitentiary, Youngstown, assault.

Jose Luis Santiago, 30, Waukesha, Wis., rape and four counts of gross sexual imposition.

Kenneth P. McGuire Jr., 64, Edgar Avenue, gross sexual imposition.
