Police say a man walked into Dollar General on Logan Way shortly before 10 p.m. The man brought a bag of cookies to the counter, but then pulled out a knife and took bills from the cash register.

The suspect left southbound with the cookies and an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police describe the suspect as a black male who is between 5 feet 8 inches and 6 feet tall and weighs between 160 and 180 pounds.
