Trumbull County commissioners hire new HR director

WARREN — The Trumbull County commissioners hired a new human resources director, Richard Jackson of Pepper Pike, near Cleveland.

Jackson, who is HR director and risk management and assistant safety-service director for the city of Elyria, will earn $80,296 annually. He begins work Oct. 3.

He replaces James Keating, longtime HR director, who retired earlier this summer.
