Rayen apartments featured at open house

Rental applications will be accepted from individuals interested in being placed on a waiting list for one-bedroom and efficiency units of permanent housing at the YWCA, 25 W. Rayen Ave., from 1 to 4 p.m. Thursday. Tours will be at 1:30, 2:30 and 3:30 p.m.

The apartments provide subsidized housing for income eligible individuals. Residents have access to a fitness room, computer lab, library, laundry facilities and on-site parking. The building is handicap accessible and on a bus line. The historic building houses 26 one-bedroom apartments and four efficiency apartments.
