Man arrested on 15-year warrant

YOUNGSTOWN — Reports said a man who was pulled over about 12:40 a.m. today at Midlothian Boulevard and South Avenue on the South Side for only having one headlight was taken into custody on a 15-year-old warrant.

Records showed that Lakeithius Robinson, 39, of West Ravenwood Avenue, had a warrant from municipal court from 2001 for an open-container charge. He was taken to the jail on the warrant.

Officers also found a bag of suspected marijuana in the car under the driver’s seat after Robinson gave them permission to search. He was issued a citation for possession of marijuana as well.
