Youngstown police asks public's help to find missing teen

YOUNGSTOWN — Police are asking for help in locating a missing 18-year-old resident of the Safe House, 3164 Eastway Ave.

Ricky Sigmon III is originally from Ottawa County and was last seen about 6:50 p.m. Saturday.

He is white, 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 155 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes. He suffers from PTSD and is developmentally challenged.
