Man arrested for DUI, marijuana

A man will be arraigned Tuesday in Girard Municipal Court on charges including possession of marijuana and driving while under the influence after Liberty police arrested him shortly after midnight Sunday.

An officer stopped Kelvin Barlow, 48, of Liberty near Hadley Avenue for erratic driving, a police report states.

Police reported Barlow failed a series of field sobriety tested and registered a blood alcohol content of 0.216. The legal limit in Ohio is

0.08.

Barlow turned a small bag of marijuana over to officers, police reported.
