Fundraiser set Tuesday at Longhorn in Boardman benefits Akron Children's Hospital

BOARDMAN — LongHorn Steakhouse, 953 Boardman-Poland Road, will host a Dining for Dollars charity event from 5 to 9 p.m. Tuesday to benefit Akron Children’s Hospital.

The hospital is dedicated to medical care for infants, children, adolescents and burn victims of all ages, regardless of financial stability.

Guests who wish to participate can request a voucher from LongHorn Steakhouse. The voucher must be presented at the conclusion of the meal that evening. The voucher will be attached to diners’ bills and 10 percent of the total tab will be donated to the cause.
