YWCA conference

The YWCA of Youngstown will have its ninth annual Women’s Leadership Conference from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Sept. 30 at the Holiday Inn, 7410 South Ave.

Cash dividend

NILES

First Niles Financial Inc., the parent company of Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of Niles, announced a cash dividend of $.03 per share on common stock and $.04 per share on preferred class A stock for the third quarter of 2016. The dividend will be payable Sept. 16 to shareholders of record on Sept. 2.

Home Federal primarily serves the Niles area. On June 30, Home Federal exceeded all its applicable regulatory capital requirements.

First Niles had $97.2 million in assets and $13.0 million in stockholders’ equity as of June 30. The stock of First Niles is quoted on the OTCQB under the symbol “FNFI.”

Game revenue

HARRISBURG

The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board recently announced that revenue from the play of table games at the state’s 12 casinos during July was up 8.5 percent over revenue generated for the same time period last year. July’s gross table games revenue generated $75,027,628, or $5,859,718 more than in July 2015 when revenue was $69,167,910.
