WRARC to offer classes for licensing

YOUNGSTOWN

Western Reserve Amateur Radio Club is offering classes for the entry level technician’s license on Wednesdays from Sept. 14 through Oct. 12. Classes will begin at 7 p.m. at ITT Technical Institute, 1030 N. Meridian Road.

There is no charge for the classes, but the manual must be purchased and there is a nominal fee for the test. License testing is set for Oct. 19.
