Holborn to host garden tea party

CANFIELD

Holborn Herb Growers Guild will host a Garden Tea Party from 2 to 4 p.m. Sept. 11 in the Western Reserve Village at the Canfield Fairgrounds, 7265 Columbiana-Canfield Road. Use the Gate 5 entrance.

The event will feature a hat contest, a teddy bear and doll parade, herb wreaths, live music, tours of historic buildings, and samples of herb teas and delicacies.

Guests will receive a tea cup and saucer to take home.

Guild cookbooks will be available for sale.

Cost is $10 for adults, and children under 8 will enter for free.
