Edward R. Mills, 33, West Oregon Avenue, Sebring, domestic violence.

Thomas M. Manley, 61, Leffingwell Road, Berlin Center, improperly discharging a firearm at or into a habitation with a firearm specification.

Phillip M. Lambert, 40, Braceville-Robinson Road, Southington, discharge of firearm on or near prohibited premises, improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle and criminal damaging or endangering.

Elijah Alexander, 25, North Forest Avenue, possession of marijuana with a forfeiture specification.

Patricia Denson, 54, Cornell Avenue, two counts of felonious assault, menacing by stalking and menacing.

William Sullivan, 26, West Evergreen Avenue, tampering with evidence, possession of heroin, aggravated possession of drugs with forfeiture specifications and resisting arrest.

Chauncey Chandler, 33, East Boston Avenue, two counts of felonious assault with firearm specifications.

Arnold Shiflett II, 28, Wesley Avenue, assault, obstructing official business and resisting arrest.

Martin Stewart, 48, Superior Avenue, being a felon in possession of a firearm, receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Lakysha Vaughn, 29, North Navarre Avenue, Austintown, felonious assault and domestic violence.

Dale Yaggi, West Oregon Avenue, Sebring, retaliation, assault and obstructing official business.

Anthony J. Taylor, 34, Allendale Avenue, Austintown, burglary.

Corey Miller, 24, East Park Avenue, Columbiana, breaking and entering and tampering with coin machines.

Donella Sheldon, 26, Petersburg-Unity Road, Petersburg, possession of cocaine, two counts of illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of drug-abuse instruments.

Clifton Jennings, 53, homeless, vandalism.

Leon Whatley, 43, West Princeton Avenue, tampering with evidence, possession of cocaine with a forfeiture specification and illegal use or possession drug paraphernalia.

Jonathan E. Myers, 26, Rittman, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, gross sexual imposition and two counts of contributing to the unruliness or delinquency of a child.
