Teen faces juvenile charges after arrest in Boardman

BOARDMAN — A Youngstown teen faces a criminal-mischief charge after a trespassing incident at a township business this morning.

A passer-by called 911 reporting three juveniles acting suspiciously near Master Auto Repair on West Midlothian Boulevard.

The witness detained one of the three, Luther Bell, 13, of Oak Lane, while the other suspects fled.

According to police, the 13-year-old admitted he and his friends defaced a vehicle, writing profanities on its window.

He also is charged with criminal trespassing and breaking curfew. He was released to his father's custody with a pending court date in Martin P. Joyce Juvenile Justice Center.
