Pair in custody after police discover drugs, cash

YOUNGSTOWN — Police found suspected heroin, cocaine and marijuana while serving a warrant investigating drug activity in a home at about 3:55 p.m. Wednesday in the 3500 block of Kreiger Lane.

The cocaine, heroin and $242 in cash was found in a safe, reports said.

Also found at the home was a .22-caliber rifle.

Two people were taken into custody for questioning.
