Larosa hearing pushed back a week
WARREN — The hearing originally scheduled for Friday for Jacob Larosa, 16, of Niles, charged with the aggravated murder, attempted rape, aggravated robbery and aggravated burglary of his elderly neighbor, has been pushed back a week.
The hearing was pushed back to 9 a.m. Aug. 26 before Judge W. Wyatt McKay because of a scheduling conflict.
It will be Larosa’s first court appearance since an Ohio Supreme Court ruling in June that prevented the case from being sent back to juvenile court.
