Youngstown school board has special meeting Friday afternoon

YOUNGSTOWN — The Youngstown school board will have a special meeting at 3:15 p.m. Friday at the Irene L. Ward Building, 20 W. Wood St. The board will discuss its policies for appointments, committees and evaluations. The board also could go into an executive session.
