Girard council has special meeting Thursday

GIRARD — Girard City Council will have a special meeting at 4 p.m. Thursday at the service director’s office, 100 W. Main St., to act on an ordinance regarding advertising for bids for the purchase of a single-axle chassis dump truck with snow plow.
