AUSTINTOWN

Township police seized suspected heroin, suspected cocaine and suspected marijuana from multiple people over the weekend.

Joseph Yohn, 48, of Columbiana, and Jacklyn Yohn, 44, of Claridge Drive, face charges after police reportedly found drugs and drug paraphernalia in a vehicle in which they were sitting at a Mahoning Avenue parking lot Saturday night.

Joseph Yohn is charged with two counts of felony drug possession, one a first-degree offense, after police reportedly found suspected cocaine and heroin on him. Police also seized $1,440 in cash from him, according to a report. He remained in the Mahoning County jail Monday after his arraignment in Mahoning County Area Court, according to jail records.

His bond was set at $25,000, cash or surety, plus the condition that he not be released until he could be placed under electronic monitoring house arrest.

Jacklyn Yohn was issued summonses for drug abuse and possession of drug paraphernalia after purportedly having suspected marijuana and a pipe in her vehicle. She is scheduled to appear in court Aug. 29.

In a separate incident reported early Monday, Vincent Reber, 21, of Boardman, is charged with misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia and felony drug abuse after police reportedly found suspected cocaine and a digital scale in his vehicle during a traffic stop at South Main Street and Elmwood Avenue.

Reber appeared in court for arraignment Monday; jail records indicate he was no longer in custody Monday afternoon. He is scheduled to be back in court Sept. 7.
