Ohio Edison working to restore power to 1,900 customers
YOUNGSTOWN — About 1,900 Ohio Edison customers in Mahoning and Trumbull counties lost electric power this morning, with the main outage areas being Youngstown, Liberty and Girard.
The cause appears to be a problem with equipment on a pole, where crews will be making repairs, said Mark Durbin, an OE spokesman.
Power is expected to be restored about 10:30 a.m., Durbin said.
