Susan Diane Mandl became the bride of Michael Patrick Ramsey on April 2 at The Colony Golf Club in Texas, where a reception followed. The 5 p.m. ceremony was officiated by Bryan Jones.

Parents of the bride are Mary Ann and James Cooney of Boardman and Richard J. Mandl of Pittsburgh. Linda and Lawrence Baker of Prosper, Texas, and the late Patrick Michael Ramsey, are the parents of the groom.

After a wedding trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, the couple live in Dallas.

Mrs. Ramsey graduated from University of Akron with a degree in English. She is a billing manager for CR Partners in Plano, Texas. Her husband is director of information technology at Landmark Management in Plano.

The bride wore a lace V-neck fit-and-flare gown with a sweep train and cap sleeves. It was embellished with a crystal beaded sash made by her mother. A finger-tip veil with a rhinestone hair clip completed the ensemble.

Jenna Reid was matron of honor and Nicole Ramsey, sister of the groom, was bridesmaid. The flower girl was Olivia Ramsey, the groom’s daughter. The attendants wore black dresses.

Trent Cowden performed the duties of best man, while Wesley and Grant Ramsey, the groom’s sons, were groomsmen.
