South Side woman arrested on drug charges

YOUNGSTOWN — Police arrested a South Side woman on drug charges Thursday afternoon after police served a search warrant at her home.

Shanetta Sly, 35, of East Florida Avenue, is charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers with the vice squad and Community Police Unit served a search warrant at her home about 5:50 p.m. investigating drug activity.

Reports said police found two bags of suspected crack cocaine, two bags of suspected marijuana, two magazines of ammunition and a digital scale.
