ISSUEs and CANDIDATES | General election
These are the issues, liquor options and nonpartisan judicial candidates who filed by Wednesday’s deadline to get on the Nov. 8 general election ballot. This doesn’t include candidates, even those opposed, who won their political party’s March 15 primary. This also doesn’t include all Youngstown charter amendment proposals as that deadline is Sept. 9. The list is unofficial until certified by county boards of elections. An * denotes an incumbent.
