Historical society roundtables set for Sunday afternoons

SPECIAL TO THE VINDICATOR Salem Historical Society will continue its monthly history roundtables at the Dale Shaffer Research Library meeting room, 239 S. Lundy Ave., Sunday afternoons from 4 to 5:30 p.m. through October. Sunday’s topic is “Salem High School Girls’ Social Clubs,” presented by Elaine Enders Reiter, Class of 1963, and several of her friends. Former members of a social club in high school are encouraged to attend and share memories, stories, pictures or artifacts. A facilitator will record the information and it will be added to the archives of the historical society.
