Harley group to host bike-a-thon

CORTLAND

Warren Harley Owners Group will host a 24-hour Bike-A-Thon for Legacy Dog Rescue. The event will start at 10 a.m. Aug. 20 at Warren Harley Davidson, 2102 Elm Road, rain or shine.

The cost is $10 per rider and $5 per passenger. Rides will leave every hour and make a one-hour loop with the first group leaving at 10. Loops will continue every hour for 24 hours.

There will be refreshments, a basket raffle, games and goodies. With every $10 registration, participants will receive a ticket for a chance to win prize baskets. All vehicles are welcome.

Proceeds will help Legacy Dog Rescue, a nonprofit group, save dogs that have been abandoned, abused or neglected.
