Phelps notches 21st gold in U.S. relay win

RIO DE JANEIRO — Michael Phelps and the United States have won the 4x200-meter freestyle relay at the Rio Olympics, giving Phelps the 21st gold medal of his career. Britain wins the silver and Japan takes the bronze.
