Aqua plans Wednesday water project in Struthers

Water will be shut off for 9th Street residents from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday while AquaOhio works to install a new water main. City officials advise affected residents that they may want to buy bottled water to prepare for the shut-off.
