“Bachelor in Paradise” (8 p.m., ABC): Good riddance. On “Bachelor in Paradise,” one unruly dude gets an early eviction and insults hosts Chris Harrison and his castmates on the way out.
“Hitchcock and Truffaut” (9 p.m., HBO): In 1962, French New Wave auteur Frangois Truffaut spent a week in Hollywood with his idol, Alfred Hitchcock, discussing the director’s rich and extensive body of work, including “Psycho” and “Vertigo.” Their exchanges were distilled into a book that became a celebrated bible of cinema. This documentary brings the historic summit to life, while blending in fresh observations from current filmmakers.
“UnReal” (10 p.m., Lifetime): We expect loads of drama on the Season 2 finale of “UnReal.” It seems that Quinn’s (Constance Zimmer) plans for the remaining two contestants on “Everlasting” could be foiled by an unexpected turn of events.
