Go Wild program to feature snakes, turtles

Ohio Department of Natural Resources Naturalist Richelle Slomer will share her knowledge of turtles and snakes at 6:30 p.m. Aug. 17 at Waterworth Memorial Park, Pavilion 9 (just off of Eighth Street).

This Go Wild in the Park program is family-friendly, open to the public and free.

Go Wild in the Park is made available through a partnership of Salem Parks and Recreation Department and Salem Public Library to promote education about and appreciation of life outdoors.
